Cereal Sensorial

Anson's exploration of this cereal box was a
true sensorial moment. He felt the box, tasted
the box, pounded on the box, looked inside
the box, explored the inside of the box, folded
the flaps of the box, pounded on the box some more,
crinkled the silver lining repeatedly,
slobbered on the box and
turned it over and over and over in his
hands. It was a joy to watch and quite
amusing for mom and me.
I am always interested that  my
grandchildren seem  to enjoy the wrapping
paper and boxes more than the gifts
inside at Christmas and birthdays...
